Outline
This IC is used for double-protection of lithium-ion batteries with one cell. Some models can also be used for pulse charging.
Features
1. Detection voltage accuracy (Ta=25C) 2. Circuit current while on 3. Circuit current while off (Vcc at or below detection voltage) 4. Circuit current while off (Vcc=2.000V) 5. Output current while on 6. Delay time (Ctc=0.015F) 15 mV/30 mV 30A typ. 4A typ. 1A typ. -100A max. 200 ms typ.
